Devon Darlin' 11 Luxury Wooden Rowing Dinghy Yacht Tender
The Devon Darlin’ 11 is an amphibious rowing tender that really turns heads, whether stationary in the dinghy park or on the slipway at the club as you come in, step out and keep walking with the boat at your side; no more wondering who has used your launching trolley or where they have left it this time.
Built using the finest Mahogany and Sapele Marine plywood’s along with Utile Mahogany and Sitka Spruce, and even the oars are laminated with a Mahogany centre and Douglas Fir outer, and then hand-shaped. The whole boat is glued using West System Epoxy. We finish the boat with SP System wood protection and Epifanes 2-part polyurethane paints and varnish, enabling regular use while maintaining the quality of the finish.
This boat has seen very little use, as it was used as a showpiece; it really is a work of art! However, it also rows beautifully, and is incredibly stable!
It could do with a polish, or fresh coat of varnish on the inside, hence the low price.
Can be viewed by prior arrangement. Currently in dry storage, in Ipplepen, Devon.
